• INVESTMENT Visa (no time limit), is suitable for foreigners who plan to invest 10 m Baht in property purchase or/and Thai government bonds. This visa is annually renewable. Work is prohibited. Possible to arrange following visa for wife/husband and children. PRICE – 50,000 Baht.
  
• Business (Non-B) Visa, is normally needed for those, who plan their own business in Thailand, given for 3 month + 1 year with possibility of prolongation, no limits. Work permit, is necessary to get for all foreigners who want to have job in Thailand. Normally it takes 2 months to get this permission in hand if the company has been just opened and need to change visa type. In case the company exists more than 3 months and you have Non-B visa, the process will take about 1-2 weeks. Apart from passport and rent agreement/property ownership or long period rent agreement, it will be necessary to bring your high education, graduation documents, and documents from previous jobs (job agreements, recommendation letters etc).
